What is laser 3D imaging radar?
In fact, a laser 3D imaging radar needs two core information: target distance information and target angle information.
If we determine its three-dimensional sitting standard, we need to get its distance, azimuth, pitch angle information. Then we calculate the three-dimensional coordinate points of the target according to the three information of distance, azimuth angle and pitch angle.
Generally speaking, the technology of acquiring angle information by measuring encoder is very mature. We are more concerned about how to obtain the range information of lidar.
Laser 3D imaging radar can get the 3D point cloud data of the target through the technology of direct ranging and direct angle measurement, and the data itself is 3D data, which does not need a lot of calculation and processing to generate the 3D image of the target, and laser ranging has a very high accuracy.
Therefore, the laser 3D imaging radar is the most efficient sensor which can obtain the large-scale 3D scene image, and also the most accurate sensor which can obtain the 3D scene.
